  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for products that are:

  • Broken due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Used or altered.
  • Ordered by mistake or due to a change of mind.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by RMS Bangles if the product is defective or incorrect.
  • If the issue is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Refund Processing:

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed within 2 Working Days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items, promotional products, and customized orders are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
